We’re really committed to providing our customers with the best shopping experience and that’s why we promise you’ll always pay less with Darpro!

Before making any purchase, if you find a product displayed at a lower price on another website, Darpro will match the competitor’s price and give you 10% of the difference between the two prices.

All requests for price matching must comply with the following conditions:

• The lowest price policy applies only to products offered at regular price.
• The request for price matching must be made prior to the purchase of the product from Darpro;
• The product must be identical or clearly comparable. For example, it could be of the same brand, model or quality.
• The product must be in stock and available for immediate purchase from our competitor at the price you requested. We will not price match out-of-stock products or expired sale prices.
• Our customer service agents must be able to verify the requested price match. Verbal agreements are not eligible.
• When price matching, we add the competitor’s shipping fees to the product price, i.e., if a competitor’s product sells for $200 plus $50 shipping, we consider the total price match cost to be $250. This applies to any additional charges we incur when price matching.
• Auction sites, liquidation or discontinued products, used, damaged or “open box,” products, demo or floor models, typographical or photographic errors and unofficial websites are not eligible for price matching.
• We reserve the right to limit the number of products purchased under our lowest price policy.
• Our price matching cannot be combined with any additional discounts or promotions.
