If you are not satisfied with a product sold by Darpro, we offer you the possibility of returning your order. See conditions below.
If you are not satisfied with a product sold by Darpro, we offer you the possibility of returning it to us within 15 days of receiving your order for a refund excluding shipping costs and transaction fees*.
In order to return a product, you must ensure that it meets all of the following criteria:
- It was purchased less than 15 days ago.
- It’s in an original and re-saleable condition.
- It’s in its original packaging.
- It’s accompanied by the original invoice.
Darpro reserves the right to refuse a return that does not comply with these conditions and to return it to the buyer at the latter’s expense.
Once we have received your item, we will process your refund which is normally done within 5 business days according to the original method of payment.
Customers must inspect the product upon delivery. If the product has been damaged in transit, please contact Darpro customer service within 5 days of delivery. Arrangements will be made to return the defective or damaged product free of charge and we will ship a replacement product upon receipt of the defective or damaged product.
All products sold by Darpro are guaranteed for a period of 90 days following receipt of your order and upon presentation of the original invoice. This warranty does not cover excessive use or normal wear and tear. To process the return of a product under warranty, please contact Darpro customer service. Arrangements will be made for the customer to return the product free of charge, and we will allocate a full refund.
