Can I return an item because I don't like it?
Yes. Darpro offers the possibility to return it to us within 15 days of receipt of your order for a refund excluding shipping costs. Make sure that the returned product meets all the criteria set out in the “Returns” section.
What if I receive a defective item?
Contact Darpro customer service within 5 days of receiving your order and we will ship a replacement product upon receipt of the defective or damaged product.
Are your products guaranteed?
All products sold by Darpro are guaranteed for a period of 90 days following receipt of your order and upon presentation of the original invoice. To process the return of a product under warranty, please contact Darpro customer service.

Shipping
How much does home delivery cost?
Delivery costs are based on an item’s size, the total order weight, the delivery type as well as your location and delivery distance. Before placing your order, a delivery cost estimation tool will allow you to know these costs related to your order simply by entering your postal code.
How will I know my order has been shipped?
Once the transaction is completed, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number allowing you to track your package at each step prior to receipt. Than you can access the Order Tracking page to track the status of your order and the delivery status. You’ll also receive email notifications until you receive your order.
Is my signature required to confirm home delivery?
No. The customer’s signature is not required for home delivery of packages shipped by our partner carriers. The carrier will leave the package in front of the house or near the front door.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes, for orders over 150$. Please verify the complete shipping terms here.
Can I get same day delivery?
No. We suggest you choose the Pickup in person option to pickup your order the same day.
What if I need to modify my order?
Instant Buy: Please send us a email or call us inside 24h so we can cancel your order and send you a 100% refund. After 24h the fulfillment process start (Pick, Pack and Ship) so we can’t cancel your order.
Pre-orders: Send us a email or call us before closing of the pre-order sell to receive a 100% refund.
Once your order is cancelled, you’ll be able to place a new order.
What if I need to change my shipping address?
Instant Buy: Please send us a email or call us inside 24h so we can modify your address. After 24h the fulfillment process start (Pick, Pack and Ship) so we can’t modify your order.

Pickup in person
How do I place an order with "Pick up in person"?
Simply complete your online order by choosing the option “Pick up in person”. When your order is ready, a customer service agent will contact you to arrange a pick-up time.
Can I pay for my order in person at the time of pick up?
No. All online transactions require you to pay online.
What should I bring when I pick up my order in person?
Please bring a printed copy of your invoice. The employee who will greet you will ask you to show photo identification.
Can someone else pick up my order if I can't do it at the agreed time?
Yes. Just make sure that this person has the invoice proving your purchase.
